At NotionFlow, we aim to provide valuable resources and guidance for setting up your Notion workspace, and this Return and Refund Policy outlines our approach to refunds. This policy applies to any paid services or products, such as premium templates or personalized guidance, that you purchase through our site. We strive to ensure fairness and transparency in all refund requests. If you’re unsatisfied with a purchase, we’re here to help resolve the issue.

2. Conditions for Returns

You may request a refund for a paid service or product within 14 days of purchase if it does not meet your expectations. To be eligible, the product, such as a premium template, must not have been fully downloaded or used extensively. For personalized guidance sessions, a refund is possible if the session has not yet taken place or if it did not provide the promised value. We evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.

3. Non-Refundable Services/Products

Certain items, such as digital downloads that have been fully accessed, are not eligible for a refund due to their nature. If you’ve used a premium template extensively or shared it with others, we cannot process a refund. Personalized guidance sessions that have already been completed as agreed are also non-refundable. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing to avoid misunderstandings.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of your purchase with your order details and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days to confirm eligibility. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if only part of a service or product is unsatisfactory. For example, if a personalized guidance session partially met your needs, we might refund a portion of the fee. Partial refunds are also considered if you’ve used a premium template minimally but found it unsuitable. We’ll work with you to find a fair solution based on your situation.

6. Cancellation of Services

If you’ve booked a personalized guidance session, you may cancel it free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a 50% cancellation fee to cover preparation costs. If we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. We aim to provide clear communication about any changes to scheduled services.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you’re unhappy with a refund decision, we encourage you to reach out to discuss the issue further. We’ll work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution, such as offering an alternative template or additional support. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly may be escalated to a third-party mediator if necessary. Our goal is to ensure you feel heard and supported throughout the process.
